The Entrepreneurship Development Centre (EDC), NSUK successfully organized a capacity-building training for its staff on Tuesday, 4th February 2026, focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for content creation.
The training, themed “Write Smarter, Not Harder: Using AI for Content Creation,” was facilitated by Adigun Nurudeen A. and designed to equip EDC staff with practical skills for creating high-quality written content more efficiently using modern AI tools.
Participants were introduced to the fundamentals of Prompt Engineering, with emphasis on how well-structured prompts can significantly improve the quality, accuracy, and relevance of AI-generated content. The session also featured live demonstrations and sample content creation using leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Grok, and Google Gemini, showcasing their application in writing reports, official communications, educational materials, and digital content.
During the training, participants were encouraged to see AI as a productivity-enhancing tool rather than a replacement for human creativity, stressing the importance of combining professional expertise with AI-assisted workflows.
The training was convened by Prof. Rashidah Funke Olanrewaju, Director of EDC NSUK, as part of the Centre’s continuous commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and staff capacity development.
This initiative further underscores EDC NSUK’s dedication to embracing emerging technologies that promote efficiency, creativity, and effective communication in entrepreneurship development and institutional management.
